Gentle Yoga

Our Gentle Yoga class focuses on moving our body in a gentle, comfortable way releasing tension and gaining strength and flexibility. Connecting each movement with the breath, gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students. Poses are generally held for over 5 breaths. You can utilize pillows and cushions for comfort.

Power Yoga

Our power yoga class incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga and includes lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence). The class is designed for those who have a good understanding of basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles.

Meditation

Reduce stress and improve focus with our guided meditation sessions. These sessions foster mental benefits such as improved memory, self-control, happiness, and more

Physical Wellbeing

Our physical wellbeing workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. Our HIIT sessions are favored for their convenience and ability to torch calories and build muscle in a short amount of time. HIIT workouts are beneficial for all age groups and all levels.

Core & More

Core & More is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Core work and Yoga are the perfect complement to each other. Combining the two allows you to target additional muscle groups neglected when practicing only yoga. Practicing both will surely make you stronger - mentally and physically!

Youth Holistic Living

Youth gain the confidence and skills of yoga and mindfulness tools to feel safe and empowered as they sail through turbulent times

Mindful Doodling

A visual technique for training attention and awareness, putting the mind in a calm and stable state, and exercising your creative muscle

Yoga Dance

A style of yoga that uses flowing, rhythmic, organic movements to harmonize mind, body and spirit. Our yoga dance workshop offers a a spiritual mind-body fitness program that resonates with the practitioner at a deep level and creates a rich and imaginative outlet for the soul yearning to express itself
